| Our counselors didn't just sit around while the campers participated in craft hour. They jumped in and made their own projects, offered help to the campers, or like Kendra and AJ, worked on props for skit night. | |

Chris shared his musical talents around the campfire, but the most amazing time was when he started playing during free time and several campers gathered around him to sing familiar praise songs as well as listen to his original songs. |
| Now that's dedication! When Abby's camper accidentally dropped her camera in the trash, Abby put on some rubber gloves and dug in. That's just one of the reasons the kids loved her. |  |

Ryan was the modern day "gimpmaster." He could be found anywhere on camp with lanyard in his hands. He made the traditional bracelets and crosses but also invented new gimp creations like letters of the alphabet and even a baby rattle. He was the one all the campers went to when they needed help starting a gimp project. |
| Liz was great with the campers and was always willing to do any other task the deans asked of her no matter how different . . . like ringing the bell. |  |

Robin was truly a friend to everybody. If a camper was homesick or upset about anything, she was a great person to go to for a hug and a talk. |
| It's always handy to have extra certified lifeguards around. With Jeremy helping the regular lifeguards out, the campers had more options for additional water activities. |  |

Ashley and Jessica knew how to make anything fun, even if it was just eating canteen treats and waiting for the next activity to start. |
| If ever there was an excellent role model for kids, it was Matt. He taught the campers not only how to gimp, play Nuke 'em, and set the tables, but also patience, teamwork, and kindness. |  |

Nikki was always up for anything, whether that was a challenging hike or rock hopping event or a skit that needed to be practiced. She's been counseling at elementary camp for six years, so there's no situation she can't handle. |
Those are just a few of our incredible counselors. Unfortunately, I didn't have pictures of everybody. The elementary camp counselors want the campers to have loads of fun and will do anything to make it a great week for everybody.
